1. Request by email
Email facilityxr@ticresources.com with the subject FacilityXR account deletion request.
- Provide the email address used for your FacilityXR account and your organization name.
- State whether you want your account and associated personal data deleted, or only particular information removed.
- If you cannot use your account email, explain that in the message so identity verification can be arranged.
Do not send passwords, multifactor codes, activation codes or device private keys. No app installation or website login is needed to send this request.
Email a deletion requestIf the button does not open an email app, copy the address into your email service. Sending a message starts a request; it is not confirmation that deletion is complete.
2. Request in FacilityXR Field
- Open Settings → Privacy and account requests.
- Select the deletion-request action and explain what you want deleted.
- Submit the request for review. An export request is also available.
If access is unavailable, use the email route above. Your organization administrator can help identify the responsible workspace, but you do not need administrator permission to contact TIC Resources.
3. Review and completion
The in-app action records a privacy request and support case. It does not immediately erase the account. TIC Resources verifies your identity and authority, identifies the relevant account and data, and coordinates any organization-controlled records with that organization.
The review covers account contact information, membership and authentication information, device associations, and personal information in submitted content. The resulting action depends on the request, applicable rights and retention exceptions. Ask for the request's status, the information deleted or retained, and the reason for any exception at facilityxr@ticresources.com. There is no automated completion deadline shown by the current request workflow.
4. Records that may need to remain
Deleting access to an account does not automatically erase your organization's equipment, PM schedules, work orders or labor history. Records may need to remain for operational continuity, safety, audit history, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or disputes. We review whether identifying details can be removed or reduced without destroying required records.
Retention is based on those purposes and obligations rather than one fixed period for every record. Backup copies may remain until their retention cycle ends. Contact us for the specific scope and retention treatment of your request. See the privacy policy's retention section.
5. Clearing local device data
Signing out locks offline drafts; it does not erase them. The app's local cache-erasure option removes local account data and media when pending-work safeguards permit. Clearing app storage or uninstalling also affects local data, but does not delete server records. Synchronize important work before removing local data and use an account-deletion request for information held by the service.
